Who Coaching Supports
Teens
Support for adolescents preparing for greater independence, adulthood, and life transitions.
Adults
Support for autistic, neurodivergent, and other adults seeking practical strategies for everyday life, executive functioning, communication, independence, and personal growth.
Caregivers
Not every family needs—or wants—a comprehensive ABA program. Some are simply looking for expert guidance, practical strategies, and ongoing support they can confidently implement in everyday life. Caregiver Coaching offers a flexible, lower-intensity option for families seeking BCBA-informed support, whether they're on a waitlist, transitioning between services, or looking for a collaborative alternative to traditional service models.

Your strengths and interests
Current barriers and challenges
Practical strategies that fit your lifestyle
Small, sustainable steps toward meaningful change
Getting Started
All coaching clients begin with an Initial Intake Session ($250 for 90 minutes).
This session provides an opportunity to discuss your background, strengths, goals, current challenges, and priorities. Together, we'll develop an individualized coaching plan based on your needs and preferences.
Coaching is designed as an ongoing collaborative process, with sessions focused on building skills, strengthening confidence, and supporting meaningful progress over time.
Disclaimer: Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, or mental health treatment and is not intended to diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Coaching is a collaborative service focused on behavior change, skill development, and achieving personally meaningful goals.
